    50% Deposit is required prior to building and 50% due upon delivery and pickup


    To be eligible for a refund, you must email us within 24hrs of receiving the goods at info@truenorthwoodco.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us, If a replacement is not available, we will repair any damages. All refunds will be subject to a 50% restock fee, of material already purchased or the overhead storage of item.


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All items and sales are deemed final after dropping off furniture. Pictures of your items will be sent along the way from start to finish to make sure everything is correct before delivery.


    True North Wood co is not responsible for any out of plum/level walls or floors, all products are built in a controlled environment and constructed square, after install if any variations or upgrades are needed a surcharge maybe applied. All items that are secured to studs, and fasten to one another are non-refundable items after installation is completed and payment is received.

    All built in units and hall trees should be fastened to the wall and is suggested by True North Wood Co.


    Please allow 6-12 weeks for delivery at this time frame, delivery or pickup may occur prior to this lead time.
